hi all just wanted to say 24 days since i quit smoking going realley well even started getting my taste back to and fealing alot healthier tis great

well done....keep it up!!

now you can drink in weatherspoons and not come out stinking of fags!

Big ya sel up cos your worth it :clap: ... you've got to ... i smoked for 14 years ... ive stopped 3 year come april 4th this year ... one of the best things ive ever done ... now the wife has started to give it a shot after 17 years as a smoker ... 4 days and counting, but shes doing it cold turkey. i used the patches ...

Yup, it's only the cigarettes he's given up, not the :camp: 's...!

Derek quit for about 6 months a while back but went back on them out of spite!!! Someone used his £££'s to buy a pack when he didn't want any so, instead of being a bit pissed off and not saying anything, he smoked the lot! "My money, my tabs..."

i've also quit - the eternal smoker i was! 13 years or something... knocked cigs and :chill: all in 1 go... not as hard as i thought.

still fancy one, but not as bad as i thought i would... adn my sense of smell and taste has returned....

might have 1 on friday when i'm on the lash - but thats it for me - clean living here i come!

Well done mate, i've been stopped two weeks one day, it's amazing how your taste, smell changes!!
