“The Next Generation” is a new night to hit passion as PaSSion look to continue its support to the new bread. The next generation is the next step on from the successful babypassion. Babypassion was set up to give club experience to new young DJs, to get them out of the bedroom and into the club. The next generation is babypassion a few years on. These DJs are still young, and have a great future, but they are on the brink of making it professionally. These DJs have experience, they have played around the country and for some, they have had productions under their names.

GTR had massive overnight success with one of his Productions. “mistral” was an instant success and was a massive anthem. Gareth recently appeared in Mixmag as they reported him to be one of the New breed Djs and producers to kick arse! Adam Sheridan, known as Eddie Halliwells apprentice, is resident at Good Greef and is destined for big things. Jon Askew, resident of ministry, has also had production success with “The Door”, New Dimension, Vellum, the door with his quality being highlighted by being included on 4 compilation CDs! Richard tulip is the resident at Promise in Newcastle and had his mixing showcased via Decembers M8 magazine. Passion has its own next generation star as monthly resident Andy Bagguley is joined by weekly residents JFK and Marc West.

Nic Faniciulli was influenced by Graeme Park and Allister Whitehead and Sasha. Playing weekly at club class and playing for Ministry and Cream, Nic has a strong future ahead of him. Nic’s breakthrough was a remix of Xpress 2’s classic Music Xpress which got support from Deep dish to Jon Carter. Nic owns two record labels – portent records and portent plus, with regular radio 1 support, the future looks bright for Nic Faniculli. Matthew Krysko is resident at Sankey Soap in Manchester and was tipped by BBC Radio 1s lottie. Gavin Burrows is joined by passions own next generation with Parker+Pasquale. PaSSion residents MYNC and DJ Canete also assist as the red room looks set to get funked!
