Jim Smith gambled on three fowards as the second divisions second lowest scoring team searched for goals, but a performance totally lacking creativity and imagination saw the home side booed off at half time. The Bristol City Keeper was a virtual spectator with only one shot from Micky Quinn which he easily caught at his near post. Sunday Sun March 17th 1991. So where were all those die hard Geordies that day then eh????
