Newcastle United FC Looks like the staff and payment system from the club is as good as the players on the pitch, i have had £20 taken out my account for Wednesdays Cup game with Tottenham yet get free cup tickets with me taking out the direct debit scheme to pay for this season and lasts which was paid off a few months back? Fucking jokers, i can see a swift phone call coming there way tomorrow to rectify this... If anyone else on here has signed up to this scheme then id check there bank accounts cos no doubt its happened to others.
Sunderland are good with payments as well like, for one of the away games last season i got a letter after the game to say that my bank had rejected the payment and i owed them the money for the ticket. I went down and it turned out they had input the wrong account number, which is why it had been rejected. I got an apology though then when i applied for tickets for Reading away they lost my application, and tried to blag it by saying i might not have got them due to there being missed payments on the account - which was their fuck up in the first place!! They sorted it all out in the end though its a joke really, they know that no matter how poor their service is you will keep coming back so they can do what the fuck they want!!

Sorted this morning, refund due. I was apparently signed up for all Home cup games yet why would i sign myself up when i get them for Free? Clowns...
