Newcastle Eagles Works given me a few tickets to go and see the the basketball at the arena tonight so me and a few of the boys are gonna head down. But are we any good? Am l gonna have to watch newcastle get hammered? We are playing the scottish Rocks if that helps
A mate of mine used to get free tickets about 4/5 years ago. I went about 7 or 8 times and only saw us win once. Don't know if we've improved any tho.

I used to go all the time, atmosphere used to be great. Been a couple of times recently and it hasn't been the same. The game against the Rocks should be a tight one if both teams are on form. Its also the closest we get to a 'derby' so that might liven things up a bit too. Friday nights always seem to be the best nights in terms of crowds etc. We have a 15-13 win/loss record and they have a 15-10. They are currently 5th and we are sixth. Think we have a number of injury problems tho. I would say go visit www.newcastle-eagles.com but it turned shit the day I left it to someone else.
