Rooney's goal was fucking mint. He's a quality striker of the ball.

Another deluded fan. Why do we have so many?

Yes it was a much better peformance, we got more stuck in and gave them less time, but Man U were still the better side (with them playing poorly).

    Possession:
    Man Utd 59%
    Newcastle 41%
    Shots:
    Man Utd 18
    Newcastle 11
    Corners:
    Man Utd 9
    Newcastle 4
    Fouls:
    Man Utd 8
    Newcastle 22

    tells a story.

I do appluad the improved effort though, with most of the regular midfield missing.

Quailty strike by Rooney left Given no chance

What the fuck were Given & Howard playing at all game tho some seriously dubious goalkeeping and crap kicking by both.

I know i shouldnt mock tourettes either but i couldnt help but laugh after the newcastle goal and the cameras went back on to howard and his eye was twitching like fuck with rage...

i think we played them as we should have layed them, we were never going to play em off the park so we had to play to whatever strengths we had available. i tihnk we done well, unlucky really, fuck all you can do about a strike like that.
