    New York!

Can anyone recommend some good website for booking a winter break to New York?

Ive looked at Thompsons..and saw quite a few good deals on expedia... and few others

Any others I should be aware of for good deals?

For people who have been...how much did you pay for flights and hotel?

Im planning on going end of november for thanksgiving..

any other NY info would be appreciated!

    Thanks! x:king:

I'm going in about 3 weeks!

Only £350 return for the flights with KLM (Northwest on the way there and Air France on the way back)

I'm flying in to Boston, having a few days there and then driving to NYC where I'm staying for 3 nights.

I'm staying in the Paramount hotel in Times Square, i've read mixed (mostly negative!) reviews but it's costing about £250 for 3 nights which isnt too bad for Times Square I suppose

I'll report back in a few weeks

The cheapest one we found was on expedia. Me mate has just booked up for march, £600 for 4 nights in a 4 star hotel. I'm not sure who he used but I can find out.

    edit: he used expedia also.

Thanks think expedia is the best one from what ive seen...

Question about expedia...do you have to pay the full amount straight away to book or is it a deposit then payments??

    Thanks:)

Ive been looking quite a lot lately as wanna take my wife there for our anniversary, and so far the cheapest site is www.asda-travel.co.uk

Direct flight from Manchester, 4 nights in a 3 or 4 star hotel, around £350 per person all in!!

paris is well cliché though paul, venice would be a better option! or new york.

a good friend of mine has just got back from new york, i'll ask her where she booked it, but if i were you i'd go with the asda deal that paul has found.

I agree with you about Paris mate, but £135 per person for that deal is cheap as fuck compared to most other providers, was the point I was making
