Build a night around a music policy, and the guarantee of a decent crowd and a night out .... instead of just booking A list DJ's to turn up and play to a load of monged chavs.

defo - so the NAME of the night is what draws them

It needs to be more than music, or people only go for the DJ's, you need to have a theme or other unique selling point to make it worthwhile

You're up against wax on, so it needs to be good  :D

Can we not just rename Trance and not tell the Charvas?

doesn't have to be as big - and offer a different music taste, harder maybe - something that others don't have

    tis the age old arguement

    I agree entirely

I'd be far happier to have something small that feels special than Ikon with huge names.

There needs to be variety, something different and a good promotional campaign and it could work well

Trance can be cool again - as long as people stop worshipping DJs like sheep, and stop listening/buying tunes that follow the same old boring formulas.
