Apparently the whole of the new album was produced on Reason, I can only begin to imagine how many mint pug-ins they had:)
    Looking forward to hearing it!

It was planned on Reason, but obviously once they have a structure they have introduced it to more professional hardware and software such as pro tools etc. some of the original reason sounds have been used i think.

u must have hated the third then!

it was looking good when One Love and No Good came out, but i must admit - it wasn't as good as i hoped. Still fucking crackin though...

I was loving the rave stuff....... then the second album came and it was a complete heel turn!!!!!!!!!!!!! Only 2/3 tracks on there were anything like the first album.

True they went off in their own direction etc etc and who am i to complain but hey ;)

i know what u mean... but the early rave stuff they did had turned into a bit of a cliché by the time of the 2nd album and that time had passed - they really had to move on.

but i know what u mean - i too was waiting for another 'experience' type dance album. still loved it though. Saw all 3 legs of the album tour thru 94-95 ending at Glasto that year! Still got mi old 'jilted Generation' Tour T-Shirt... complete with rock burn in the middle!

So you are didnt like Music for Jilted Generation?

By far Liams best work to date imo.

I am well looking for to this new album. Liam Howlett is a genius.

He has said he is gonna make this album 'sexier and going back to the beats' - sounds wicked!

Liam Gallagher, Juliette Lewis, Kool Keith are all collabrating.

i loved it - Brid didn't seem overly happy. Skylined being a fav with everyone.

'Going back to the beats' - gotta love the prodigys early breakbeat type style...

i quite like it... bit of a grower i think... but yeah, i like it. The other one 'Memphis bells' didn't seem up to much. This album is yonks in the making, i'm sure i read an interview in Q or one of those posh mags with Liam, Keith and Maxim where they were talking about "always outnumbered, never outguned'' - this was like 18months-2 years ago....

Didnt know what to think of it at first but after a few listens its started to grow on me reckon there could be a few interesting remixes of it as well.
