New Neighbours Wanted Me and Jeff's very nice very tolerant (and possibly deaf) neighbours upstairs are moving out, and our landlord is looking for three peeps to move in...any takers? Location - darkest Fenham, above Princess Towers, actually at the end of a v quiet street, 10mins from St.James, big park 30 secs away for summer comedown antics, 10 secs away from a top-notch chinese and about 5mins away from all the cosmoploitan delights of Stanhope Street including the best curry shops in Newcastle! (and a fine kebab too Jeff tells me). Wallet Damage - 3 bedrooms ranging around £140 - £150 a month depending on size. Tell me more - laminate floors throughout (ooo get you) and we think they have a loft conversion (or we have big mice up there). plus the joys of me and the Chef doonstairs i.e ne aggro about the noise Any Takers?
