    Re: New Mac

bit off bad new's , some vst's / plugins wont work on the mac, Mac developers have not got fully upto date production wise. but they have most things covered tho so your unlucky to find plugings that wont work

If you got a new mac, run the bootcamp application and will let you install windows and run all windows programs natively on it.

Either that or install vmware fusion that lets you run windows from within os x

Well yeah but this defeats the purpose does it not..

You buy a mac cos its a good production platform, and then install Windows to run your software.

    Riiiight.

I may be missing something since i've never done this/probably never will, but seems a bloody expensive windows machine to me

very true, also runing two operating systems on a small mac book is not the way to go, soon as you get a few tracks open with plugings / vst's your cpu will just overload
