new hard drive problem

new hard drive problem

ive put me new drive in, set it to slave etc etc, all the cables are sound but it wont show up , its been detected in me bios but not im my computer,

any ideas???

and is there any software thats worthwhile for transferring all my shite from one drive to the other or is it easier to just drag & drop??

Right Click my computer, select 'Manage', then down to 'Disk Management' - partition it
