    Needles worn out?

My needles need a much higher weight setting than they should
(4-5 gm) to maintain tracking, and the sound quality is getting crap
( blurred, not as precise doesn't sound altered in terms of dynamics and response to me ).

I assume they are b0rked? If so, where can I get a decent price for styli for 505 carts?

    Cheers in advance,

    Harry

no way... technics are classy... it's bloody Vestax that look like some charver modeled them out of an old Alba Hifi and a can of silver Hammerite.

not to be pedantic ( all right then yes I am ), but laser is spelled with an s not a z :>

    Stimulated and all that :)

Sorry, pet hate of mine. Thx for advice all :) Will be saving up and getting some Concordes, or stealthily stealing trance_fan's.
