Either convert your account to a myspace music account (think you have to email admin), or if you're happy with just one tune on there you can go to whatever artist you like and on their music player click the 'add' button next to the track on their page.
you can actually creat your own music player and host your tracks somewhere on the net, ithout having a artist page, but not sure how to do it, just seen it on some myspace layout websites.
just got the one track on, for now but the player i found, can hold up to 10 i think and who ever is veiwing can selectwhich track
