ok, ive had then a while, and they have stood up quite well!
BUT, they really really really smell now.

no matter how many times i wash em, they still STINK after ive had them on for a few hours!!!

and other riff enthusiasts got any sweet smalling ideas to stop my riffs wiffing?!

or shall i just buy some new ones?

riffs ming, full stop, although they look cool as fuck, they totally ming and theres nothing you can do to stop it!!!!

u either gotta throw them out and buy some new un-mingy trainers, or put up with the stench (please note this may also cause loss of friends/lovers)

might try some new insoles, washing the rest of the trainer at 1000 degrees, and spraying with deoderant or sommat.

failing this....those nice new grey ones will be mine...

i think you should go for the new ones, just coz! bearing in mind tho, it'll not be long b4 these ones also ming, so keep some cash aside for yet another new pair!!

can i just add, every1 i know who owns riffs totally mings when they take them off, and they all smell the same too, not nice at all!

get some of that softener with fabreeze that's what i did (well got my mam to do!!!) seems to work altho they do still smell after i've worn them for a few days.

getting some new ones this week yay!!!

oh and after you've washed them leave them outside on a nice summers day to dry they'll smell lurrrverly!!!

mine smell really cheesy and mingin...its half cheese, half washing powder.
i stuck a pen down the side of them b4, and gave it a good sniffing, BBLLLEERRGGGGGGHHHHH, was nearly sick. i can even smell them when im just sat down....my mum thought it was the dog the other day....but no, its my trainers...

Mine are orrible like tho i aint put them in the washer yet so i may try it - other than that its gonna be deodrant or shitty aftershave i dont wear in them to get rid of the poo smell

rifts are class!!! once you've had em you can't go back to wearing normal trainers....need some new trainers can't imagine what i'd get so just getting some more rifts.

thank u 4 sharing this little problem of urs with us!! am not too sure but fink theres sum fings cunningly titiled "odor eaters" which surpirsingly enuff ur meant to "eat the oudor" from ur shoes or trainers so ya cud always give them a go??!! but if all else fails looks like ya'll just av to buy another pair !!! xxxxx

oh god no he hasnt got horrid stinky feet has he cos he's bin sleepin in ma bad i fink while i've bin back home!! if thats the case i think he can those covers washed before i return on sunday!!!! xxx

lol @ this thread. Totally agree like mine stink even when theyve just came out of the washing machine. I got some foot deoderant from Boots the other day and that seems to have done the trick with a bit of Febreeze

there is away round the prob!!

the socks that come with them, u can chop holes in the socks so it looks like your wearing no socks. thus no sweaty feet against the insole of the shoe so your rifts stay smell free, u just gotta wash the socks. it may take you a few attempts to get the holes in the right place on the socks.
