My day of reckoning!

    My day of reckoning!

    well it arrived this morning! i've just had confirmation that i have been succesfull in gaining entrance onto the most prestigious barrister training course in the country run by the college of law on chancery lane in london.

    in addition to this i have also secured my pupilage at the Matrix Chambers from which barristers such a Cherie Blair operate.

    to say i'm fucking chuffed is an understatement, i knew i had a chance against the 100's of oxbridge graduates but i didn't expect to secure such a good pupilage aswell.

    i start a mini-pupilage next summer and will then start the course in september 2005. (you have to apply near 2 years in advance for some reason)

    i am little shell shocked to be honest, gonna go celebrate with an afternoon sesh in the pub though before i burst with excitement. :D

    well i went out on friday and lets just say if the people who have offered me this opportunity could of seen me they may of had second thoughts.

    muchos embarrassing behaviour ensued, thankfully i don't remember much though. :D
