My computer again...

    My computer again...

    So anyways, boot disk didn't work. Booting up in safe mode didn't work.

    I've taken the hard drive out and put it in this comp as the second hard drive. I'm going to copy off the stuff I want (the My Documents folder), format it and start from scratch.

    I can access it fine except the Documents & Settings>Paul folder keeps coming up "Access Denied". I think it might be because the computer was password protected?

    But the question is...how do I access this folder??? :confused:

    u might have been the local administrator on your old machine. on the machine it's plugged into - log onto that as the admin account ( the TRUE admin account!) and try access whats there. if u can change the permissions on the folder (right click, premissions) it might be that that folder is just buggered, technically speaking.
