    MP3>WAV in Vista?

    Can I convert a MP3 back to a WAV file using Vistas bundled software?

    If so how

    its a mp3, a mp3 is a data file you need a audio "wav" ti play in a standard cd player

    Windows media should do it fine. Ive burnt numerous cds with mp3s. on windows media.

    I'm pretty sure it's the burning method you use that makes the difference. All media can be burned to a data cd.

    Nero has all the options you'd need, and WMP also does it from your playlist.

    Yr right its got to be a audio cd.... i used to work in 2nd line it support.... i dont even know what file extensions mean these days :lol:
