MP3 player to car adaptor Are the tape player adaptors for iPods and other mp3 players any good? Is the sound quaility good or is it tape-like? These are the things I'm on about:
Re: MP3 player to car adaptor iTrip is the way of the future if its an i Pod you have, I take mine to work and blast some sets out via a radio while Im grafting its fantastic!
I was thinking about getting one of the FM transmitter things but I've heard they're a bit dodgy from a few people. Obviously you seem pretty happy with them, might give 'em a try.
pop your radio out and see what connections it has in the back and let me know or let me know the model of the radio you've got i've got a couple fo them fm transmitter things and they are ok, but nowt special, not a good as connecting via a aux in
Pretty sure it will only have one audio input, which is being used by the CD changer. I need the pins to take the radio out to have a look at it, don't want to scratch the radio/dashboard wedging it out. You know anyone that'll have the Ford ones Chewy?
i did have some, but dunno where they are, used a couple of small screwdrivers to take kairens out you can pick the pins up on ebay for cheap enough
what the holy fuck are yous lot on about??? most car/cd player things come with a "Aux in" cable - just go buy a cable for about £2 and connect your mp3 player up with that no messing with the FM tuners, no cassette shit - really, a fucking what??? if its the factory radio you want to rip it out, for gods sake. you can lay your hands on a decent one for about £50 these days.
