    Most expensive record

Just wondering what the most people have ever paid for a bit of vinyl is, because my "personal record" now is £27.00 for one 12" just this week!!

I know my addiction is pretty bad, but I am just looking for some reassurance :( ;)

I have a bit of a disco fetish, and believe me £27 is nothing for the record I got. I saw it go on Ebay for £75 last month!! :spangled:

£15 for a white label remix of Stevie Wonder's 'All I Do' back in 2000.
The tune was released in Early 2001 on Defected by Cleptomaniacs featuring the voice of Brain Chambers. My version, however, used the original Stevie Wonder vocal, and I had it a good 3/4 months (At least) before Defected signed it. :)

Robert Miles' 'Dreamland' album cost me £!5 too, but that's a doublepack.

I can't believe you paid £15 for a Robert Miles record:eek: I think the most expensive record i've bought is Akufen - Quebec Nightclub on Perlon which set me back £11

Simon L, you have good taste my friend. Make sure you drop that while I'm the room (You'll know when I walk in, it'll be about the point where all the females swoon ;))

Chikcenlips, I used to be a Trance DJ, have you any idea how nice Robert Miles' 'Children' is to start off a Trance set?

    Re: Most expensive record

It might make things easier if I tell you that I sold a second hand copy of No Signs Of Life by Airfire feat. Talla.....for £50. I'd only had it about a year and got it straight from Technoclub, but it seemed to become collectable very quickly. No...I didn't ask £50...I was offered it.
