    Has anybody got any tips to prevent this or make it less bad?
    I'm getting sick of it! (litterally)

    i dont think you can do anything about it in all honesty. In fact, your gonna find that it lasts all day at times. Thats what happened to my sister anyway

    There's no magic cure for morning sickness unfortunately, one of my mates had 'hyper-emesis' which means basically that you are constantly vomiting throughout the pregnancy.

    She found that eating small portions of food often would help, also ginger beer, ginger biscuits etc. would settle her nausea.
