If I'd known it was available online already I'd have nabbed it before coming back to uni

I'm hoping it's as good or better than the first!

I've got it, not had the chance to play it yet though. Xbox360 version will be terrible anyways, best off waiting til the Pc one is out.

You can order it, but I don't think you'll get it 'til the 10th.

The Xbox 360 version of COD4 is unreal! Way better than the PC unless all your mates play online with one too.

dloaded it over the weekend but didn't have any blank dvd's...took yesterday off work with a view to playing it all day, went into town, purchased said discs, burnt it, fired up the xbox and it red ringed again.

Got it and completed it. Not on a difficult level mind, just wanted to run through the game so i'd done it before i blitz the multiplayer next week than can play through Spec Ops and the game again on higher setting. It's no longer than the first game probs take about the same length of time to complete.

It looks fantastic and plays well. There's some very good levels especially a few where you have to be a bit stealthier.

Most of the favourite weapons are there, some very good new ones and the scope for attachments on multiplayer should be good. There was a point i ran past a weapon picked it up and instead of a grenade launcher on the bottom of an AK47 it has a shotgun attachment.

Storyline is left open to car on from this one and there's quite a few death's to characters to have some good twists and some returning ones too.

Well worth the wait and with Spec Ops and Multiplayer plus it's going to be nails to do it on veteran it's well worth it.

I can't play online at uni so I'll be playing it opn the 2nd hardest difficulty straight off. It took me a a while to complete the firtst one cos I did it on veteran on the PC and I must have died hundreds of times throughout lol.

Hopefully they'll sort the fucking internet out here soon so I can join in with the online stuff.

Had to go out and buy a new Elite today as my pre order from game came yesterday and i was banned.

Been on multiplayer and Spec Ops for about 10 hours today its totally epic.

Its unreal. Much better than 4, None of the maps stick out as being immense like Overgrown did on 4 but they are all very playable and none of them are shit. The whole update to the levelling up system with the killstreaks and weapons etc just makes it even better.

I like that level with the trenches like, it's absolute carnage with the sniper rifles.

I just need to move out now so I can actually come in from work and play on it without my brother in the way.

Apparently MS can detect consoles with modified firmware which is why so many people have been banned. It doesn't matter if you've gone out and bought a legit copy, you still get banned from the looks of things.

the version that i got a couple of weeks back wasn't patched correctly but it did clearly state that even if you played it offline before the release date (and possibly after) you'd likely get banned.

i've decided to buy new one and use that for playing this online and get my flashed one repaired for my older stuff.

so want this but bought dj hero instead

mw2 is the tits like.

you can get it for about £25.. I'm sure it's within budget even after dj hero From what I've heard, it's worth pawning your grandma in if you don't have the money at the moment.
