my mobile phone froze last night & when i got it switched back on all of my text messages had been deleted...anyone got any ideas why?

you have a shit phone ruth, i'd bin it or take it back to the shop.

is it a nokia? do you store your texts on the memory card?

it will happen a lot if its done it once. its a right shitter.

all i can suggest is take it to a nokia service centrea and get the software flashed to latest version.

Nokia smart phones are pretty tempremental like..

Try putting you texts in folders or something to speed up the phone.. all the data might cause the phone to crash if accessed simultaneously.

Alex - i know it's shit....was going to wait til my contract was up to order on line to get a free xbox360 but if i get a good deal thru them i might just upgrade this month

My nokia freezes all the time. It's well annoying. Haven't lost anything off it though

Nokia's are shit. Hoggs does it all the time aswell

I'm using a k800i at the min..
No problems at all so far.. the camera is also fucking excellent.

Its not even that much different from a nokia.. I've got used to it fairly quickly.
