O2.... maybe, but i heard the support and phone lines are really shit. dont know anyone with t-mobile.

3Mobile which Im on now is just the worst network ever on pay as you go.

o2 are best for tariffs (except 3...but they dont count as service dont work properly :p) customer service is SHOCKING tho

orange have by far best customer support - networks gud - tarrifs r not bad either now...

    tmobile...gud service but pretty xpensive

I have just found out though that when you call o2, that you may be in a queue for 20 mins, you dont actually get charged until you speak to someone, which makes it seem a bit better...

Tarrif wise, they ve been good, i switched from t-mobile to o2.

yeah cos it jus rings m8 dont it till u get thru to sum1?

thats how always is for me - dont connect u till sum1 answers....then u get...

"thank u for calling o2 member services...calls to this number are charged at 50p per minute...can u confirm that u are the bill payer and over 18l...."

    lol

i ve found it doesnt ring at all, just sticks you on hold for what sometimes seems like hours, but you only get charged when you talking to someone.

Saying that, they do beat around the bush on purpose (perhaps pure stupidity and lack of intelligence, i ve not put my finger on it yet) when they do talk to you. Its pretty shocking though that a mobile phone company charges you 50p to call them!

I once sent o2 an email saying that i didnt have a PUK code, and got an automatic reply saying they would reply in 5days! What a piss take, 5 days, customer service, i think not. For a company supposedly at the forefront of telecommunications, their customer service would leave much to be desired in the 19th century. Steam trains travelled from London to Edinburgh in less than 5 days.

just dont order an upgrade phone you know little about! Had to call them 3 times (10 mins per call) to swap it over! They had no automated system to send a new phone out when they received the other upgrade i didnt like. even a note on my account would have surely done the trick. Clever thing is they dont say anything anywhere about it, so you phone them up to let them know, instead you re told you ve got to call them again when you think they ve got the phone. I gave it two weeks, just in case!

ah well, hopefully my bills will make up for the delights of speaking to them

I m on an old online 500 tarif, which for £20 a month gives me 500 texts free a month, 500 mins off peak to any o2 or landline, and 50 mins off peak crossover. I can only guess that they change tarifs because they either dont profitenough from them, or no one gets them due to the fact they re shit. I think, and hope mines the first!:)

I've been on 3 for the last few months, and although evryone says it's shit, i've never had any problems with it. Always get straight through to customer services, tariffs are dirt cheap, get a good signal everywhere i go, don't know what problems anyone else has had with it, but it's fine for me.
