It works by binding itself to the taste buds which in turn makes sour and bitter food such as lemon and lime taste exceptionally sweet Might aswell just eat a tangerine instead.
Surely if you ate a whole lemon youd get a canny dose of heartburn. Cant be too good for the teeth either.
