    Minidisc seperate unit

    Are these useful to people these days?

    I am having a clean out and iv got a mint condition Sony Minidisc unit I want to get shot of.

    Its got digital ins and outs etc

    Can anyone make use of it?

    Could throw in a JVC portable MDplayer too, would do for something cheap to take down the beach

    they are amazing for recording stuff onto like, however since i got my latop i ditched my technics minidisc seperate for my hifi, on reflection i wish i hadnt :(

    ha! ive got about 30 discs im about to throw out

    they were a good idea but the cheap blank cd's killed them off

    brilliant for acts that need a backing track played though - no danger of them jumping :up:

    they do junp , as a band i was in used 1 once had this prob mid set, had to pre tend the keyboard was fucked infront of 150 people , we pulled it of , i think . :)

    if that was a follow on from my quote , the bass played was in iron maiden before iron maiden where iron maiden . so they arnt the chiefs , tad OAP :lol:.
