Does anyone else sleep walk???I do it's really scary, I must watch this programme now on Chnnel 4 perhaps it can explain why i do it!!!

Iv got it on.

I used ot have what i can only expalin as a night terrors, like a dream/sleepwalk where i would be trying to get out of the house and to my neightbours for help, but i can never remember what scares me.......... but its a fear I have never felt in my waking hours....... a real fear of my life.

I've been outside before!!it was well mad, mum found the doors all wide open in the house and I had really mucky feet in the morning!!

It's normally when I'm stressed or worried, though I do talk quite a bit as well. Don't worry I'll have had such a mint night I won't have any worries in the world!

how do people prove this, surely if you sleepwalk you could just blag anything

recently I've been waking up half way through doing something, its totally sketches me out, but I fall back to sleep again and it felt like it was a dream. The corker the other week was waking up fully clothed!

theres probably a load of people who sleepwalk and will probably never know.

i dont think i ever have, but ive had night terrors
