milner wants away http://www.skysports.com/football funny when interviewed last night he was saying he was staying tell you what modern day footballers = wankers greedy bastards the lot of them
I don't particularly rate him, and to get £9m for him would be unbelievable. Saying that though, the size of our squad at the minute is laughable, and to let another player leave would leave us in even more of a mess because I don't see anyone else coming in.
I rate Milner personally like though agree 9m is a bit steep. Then again, if we are paying 8m for Anton Ferdinand as reported then its probably about right in todays ridiculously inflated market.
We should do to Villa what they did to Liverpool over the Barry transfer and ask for something completely ridiculous....say £15mil!!!
i am gutted about this as i think he is one of our better players, but if the kid wants out let him go, and if villa are stupid enough to pay £9m+ for him even better!
Villa are wetting themselves: http://www.villatalk.com/index.php?...ic&t=43655&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=405 I'd bite their hand off for 9mil like.
I cant help but think half the time Milner runs up his own arse to be honest, yes he is a grafter and yes he will run himself into the ground but alot of the time he has no end product and to be honest 9m would be well good money AS LONG as it goes on a decent replacement. Its a bit of a funny one whats going on like, i think as mentioned something to do with the contract not getting better since last year and now Taylor recently getting a new one has probs pissed him off n rightly so. Its only till Mon isnt it the transfer window so things need to happen fast if owt is gonna happen.
scolari said we can have malouda if he gets robinho, which looks like its done. edit> wrong sided winger to milner, ignore me
Apparently he only handed the transfer request in because he wanted a new contract that went in line with his progress last season. Like I said before, I don't particularly rate him myself, but I can see him plaing for England one day so it makes sense that we should keep him. I don't think he will leave in this transfer window anyway, unless someone is prepared to pay over the odds for him.
If we do sell him, its in his contract that leeds will get a decent share of the transfer fee, so it will need to be a tidy amount for newcastle to make any money off it.
yeah your proably right to be fair you watch them alot more than me but over the last couple of seasons Ive been well impressed with Milner
Malouda is a pile of shite! I don't want him anywhere near wearing a black and white shirt. He's probably one of the most overrated players in the Prem...
