aye he's not been signed up... we should have wrapped this up ages ago because its proven when he's not in the team we are far more likely to lose. he is one of the most underrated midfielders in the prem... in the same way parker at newcastle and makelele at chelsea hold the team together. got back into the dutch squad too. couldn't really blame him if he went to milan... dont want him to go though.
i think he would be a success. Teng would step it up in Serie A. Hes a better player than Paul Ince ever was.
