He is totally guilty his music was good but he has definatley fiddled with kids, hope he never sees the light of day again, he probably will get away with it for who he is, but in my eyes he's a complete sicko.

they've tried to use th efact he has kids memrabilia (sp) as a reason to say he's mollested kids....

get a grip, they're all just jealous....if i had more money than sense i'd also have loads of items from films in my house including toys for my kids to play with!

he's also still a kid at heart but that don't mean he fiddles with them!

Suppose he is innocent until proven guilty

but in my opinion i think that something has gone on, i don't think they would have made all this hype and taken him to court if they didn't think there was something going on.

I use to love Micheal Jackson when i was younger, his music was un-real. But imo i think he is guilty and something has defo gone on. He paid £17m to another child who made the same accusations a few years back and nothing else was said! I still think tho with a man of his wealth there is no way he'll be sent down! Which i think is wrong, you should not be able to pay your way out of trouble.

    Re: Micheal Jackson

    guilty, hes seriously fooked up.

Got to balme his parents and childhood though for him being that way.

How he still has his kids is beyond me, if any of us made our kids where masks when they went out and had allegations of child abuse levelled at us we wud have them taken off us straight away.

Don't know if he is innocent, but I doubt they'll be able to convict based on the very low standard of evidence produced thus far.

The prosecution must prove beyond any reasonable doubt he's guilty whereas Jackson needs only prove there is some doubt. With the contradictions in the evidence of the prosecution witnesses evidence, I think this has been proved already without the defence presenting their arguments. I think poor prosecution rather than solid defence may be the overriding factor in this case. There's been more holes in some of the testimonies than in a lump of swiss cheese!

Things may change though but I can't see him being convicted...

that is pretty much my opinion on the whole thing too.

everything is purely circumstantial at the moment and the defense have made easy work of discreditting the validity of the main prosecution witness testimony. as far as i'm aware the american criminal system requires the jury to reach an absolute as opposed to a majority verdict, so he only requires one juror to acquit him.

This might be true, but he has a history with kids!
Why did he pay the last one over 10 million in an out of court settlement! If his consience (sp) was clear why did he not just sit through the trial till the end.

total Dodge pot now if you ask me

Because it was killing his career (it did). At the time 10mill was prob nothing to him and he just wanted to get on with his life.

Would you take 10mill to shut up if your kid REALLY had been molested?

People say there's no smoke without fire. True... but what about arson, starting the fire deliberately? IMO, this family have saw an opportunity, lit the fuse & attempted to win using trial by media. It isn't working, can run away unscathed before it goes "bang" in their faces...?
