Meganite Compilation Top effort by Mauro and Ricky!! All of the "pots and pans" Picotto haters should listen to this CD and eat their words!! The man's a genius!!
Re: Re: Meganite Compilation Dunno we left!! The CD is class tho can't stress that enough listening to it again now!! :worship:
You saw him then?? He's unreal isn;t he!! The CD's are by Picotto and Ferri tho...Liebing hasn't done one although it would be class if he did (not exactly music you can chill to in the house tho is it!!).
Saw him at the pre party, and then went to Meganite, but didn't stay very long cause somebody was bad, but did get to see him for another 20 mins. I would definatley travel in the UK to see him, he's amazing though!!:worship:
I was amazed at how technical he is...that's pretty fuckin impressive in itself but he was jumping around with a massive grin from ear to ear like it was childs play!! Legend!!
Yeah he never ever stops smiling, such a nice bloke aswell! Him and UMEK were the very big pluses in my Ibiza holiday!
Chris has just brought out a mix CD aswell. Sound of U316 or something.. Its out on CLR soon, its reviewed in this months M8 mag
It's called U60311 Compilation / Techno Division Vol.4 It came out in may but it's quite hard to get hold of...
Re: Re: Re: Quality... i would love that Picotto and Ferri were booked for promise a while back byt nowt happened. Mark pulll ya finger out
the only reason people complained about picotto last time was because he came on after a hard trance dj and dropped the pace dramatically at the wrong time of the night, on paper his set was great , it built up well etc. but when munters are wanting to dance its not what they want to hear, they want the night to keep building, which is why everyone complained.
To be fair Peter the 's complain every time he plays. I would rather go an see him play (and this goes for other techno DJ's as well) somewhere that they will be appreciated. Don't get me wrong, I really enjoyed his set last time he played but it was a badly thought out line-up and for the me the night as a whole [musically] just didn't work.
