After two exceptionally special sell-out warehouse events, Shindig continues its series at Hoults Yard through 2011 and now unveils its 19th Birthday celebrations; SHINW34/003 and SHINW34/004.
Our last visit to Warehouse34 with Laurent Garnier’s L.B.S saw an incredible atmosphere that created arguably one of our history highlights. As we still struggle to comprehend Laurent’s intense control over the dancefloor and where the 5hrs last Saturday actually disappeared to, we’re now very excited to announce Shindig’s next two warehouse events and welcome some of our favorite artists; James Zabiela, Jamie Jones, Dennis Ferrer and Alex Niggemann.
After a phenomenal Newcastle debut nearly two years ago, US legend Dennis Ferrer whose tracks such as “Hey Hey” have been completely inescapable over the past year returns to the Shindig stage for what is set to be another energetic performance. Joining the Objektivity boss and completing our SHINW34/004 lineup is one of Berlin’s hugely applauded talents Alex Niggemann. Recent releases on Nick Curly’s 8bit, 2020Vision and Poker Flat represent a cross-section of electronic styles ranging from Deep House and Techhouse, to old school disciplines like Detroit and Chicago House. His solid reputation has opened the door to some of the world’s leading, most influential clubs, including Watergate in Berlin and now Shindig.
