    Matt Hardwick

Just been downloading his first ever Essential Mix of his website and realised how fucking good this set is/was !

Matt Harwick IMO is one of the most underrtated DJ's in the world, this set just about sums his style up and when he's at his best with him being so diverse !

I am well happy that Matt's a regular DJ @ Promise when i listen to how good this mix is !

Trance at its best here like

    :D :D

Is that no maybe due to being more often than not the resident or warm up rather than the so called "headliner".

He's probably far more respected just doesn't get the fees and recognition that comes with it.

Has he done much production work?

NO! You have either got it or you aint. It is not something you can get its that bit of magic certain people have.

What young guns have you seen some of this magic with Spence? Reading the DJ mag 100 and
"there best undiscovered" the top trance jocks all said Adam Sheridan. Would you go along with this?

JZ is the obvious leading light with plenty magic in the house scene at the moment.

I respectfully Disagree Spence :) - People like Matt Hardwick and John 00 Fleming let the music do the talking.... instead of the old "hands in the air" things behind the decks.

When you see DJ's doing that, then they either play a crap set or you can hear the next record double beating cause they aint concentrating - kinda makes you lean towards the ones that concentrate alot.

    Matt is GOD :)

Djs like Tiesto + Halliwell still have that X factor though i think. That sets them apart, and really gets the crowd going....!

I am not talking about DJs jumping around clenching fists any moron can do that, I am on about the presence that some Djs have & others never will.

He may become massive in 2004 as he wont be tied down by crasher as Simaon Raine doesnt seem to give an arse. So hopefuly he will play around alot more.

He normally does play warm up sets rather than headliners but his late sets at crasher were unbelievable
