    Well on the news/radio they were saying theres going to be a new scheme started, which monitors users of certain Internet Providers, and if you donwload illegally you could be fined.
    Some that have signed up already are BskyB, 02 and about 15 others i cant remember.
    I think its good to be fair, if your not stealing you have nothing to worry about!
