Making your own T-Shirts I was going to get a T-shirt printed with something a knocked up in photoshop but someone told me it costs a canny bit, especially if you use colours etc.. I wondered how you make your own? With that t-shirt transfer paper how does it work, and how decent is the quality of the prints? (say u have a good printer, how well will it transfer to the t-shirt and will it wash off easily and will it fade quickly) On the other hand, is it possible to get a proper printer that somehow prints onto a t-shirt? Would be good to have the option of adding Dj names etc onto a t-shirt for something like Global
it costs about £3.50 including the supply of the t-shirt to get something screen printed! So fuck all really. Try 'Positive Image' in byker. they are good.
I still have a couple of T-shirts that i used and put transfers on. Only advice would be to use a white t-shirt, otherwise you would have to cut aound any letters or owt. I wore mine ALL the time, and it barely faded, but if you get a stretchy t-shirt expect it to some apart - you can still see it though. shop next to shoe express in eldon square does it, £15 a tee. sweeeeeeet.
