Bought in 2008. Macbook Pro 17" Matt Screen Version 2.6Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo 2GB RAM 180GB HDD NVIDIA GeForce 9600M GT 512mb Graphics Card. Works perfectly however there are some signs of age, few scuffs here and there. The hinge on the screen is slightly over extended which means the screen tilts back further than it is meant to. Think this is a problem with most 17" macs. I've been told this can be fixed although haven't really pursued it as it hasnt caused me any grief. Bought for £1800. Considering the hinge on the screen and a few scuffs would sell for £650 ovno.
