    haven't seen much of him but off what people/press/managers say he's a talented player. most importantly will give us something going forward!!!

    we might even score a goal with him in the team :eek:

    he has pace and we could do with some in are team but as coletrickle said he aint a 20 plus striker

    yea i agree he defo aint a 20+ player, i think souness would play him as a left winger/forward since he insists on playing 4-5-1! he rekons he's still goin for a striker even if he signs luque. not quite sure who we could get this late in the transfer window though!! sidney govou apparently a possibility, more pace, certainly not a bad signing(depending on the fee)

    he plays as a left winger for deportivo sometimes and it is his prefered position thats why hes not a 20+ a season man...
    we still need another striker even if we get him!

    because he isn't a striker mate, he's a left winger. least he'll create chances which is something we need as well.

    defo agree we still need a striker, god knows who we can get now though (even though we've known since january that we'd be short on strikers):rolleyes:

    Even if he is crossing the ball in we've got knowone to finish it, shearer aint upto it anymore in top flight imho.

    True, but he can score amazing goals and he is pacy, has a class free-kick ive seen him play since he was @ Mallorca along with Eto'o and he has always been good :groovy: :D just hope this turns out as a signing :rolleyes:
