    I am wanting a loan just £2000 anyone know any good lenders?

    your own bank should give you best APR etc

    if they dont Halifax were the best for me :)

    Try applying for a credit card that does 0% on puchases.

    See how much they will limit you to. They let me have £2750, though i havent taken them up on it yet. Cant remember who it was though.

    Gotta pay it all back inside 9 months though, otherwise they start charging you 20% interest or something daft like that.

    yeah I am with Halifax so will go and c them, I have had an agreement from Northern Rock with 9.9% APR!

    Try Cahoot for a Flexi loan, I got 8.5% and once u have the loan it works like a normal bank account u can add and withdraw as u please and only pay for whay u withdraw..... u can pay it back as quick as u like or even never withdraw it (so pay nothing( and save it for emergencys

    I got a good car loan for AA but you can personal loans aswell

    I would be careful of companies that make you take out payment protection

    For example Northern Rock have one of the lowest interest rates, something like 5.5%, but what they dont say is that you have to pay about £30 a month on top of your loan in insurance

    Nortern rock and sainsbury's are cheapest i got 5.5%
