Liverpool Football Club to be charged re Millwall, Unbelievable but true Got this from YNWA.com. Disgraceful if true. Just shows what a joke organisation the FA is Unbelievably Liverpool Football Club are to be charged by the FA that they did not ask Liverpool fans in the days before the match not to react to any provocative chanting re Hillsborough at the match as LFC should have known there would be such chanting as statements to this effect had been posted on Millwall websites. The inference to the charge is that Liverpool Football Club should have been monitoring Millwall websites in the days before the match to see these remarks by people purporting to be Millwall fans and then asked Liverpool fans not to react if there was such chanting. I'm not sure exactly what FA rule Liverpool FC are charged with having broken but I think it's something like failure to control their fans as all clubs are responsible for their own fans' behaviour both at home and away. If found guilty of this charge I think Liverpool FC could be ordered not to sell tickets for away matches to their supporters for a certain number of, or certain, games. Not quite sure on that one. Millwall Football Club are to be charged with - nothing. No charges.
Re: Liverpool Football Club to be charged re Millwall, Unbelievable but true That if true is absoloutley disgraceful
If true thats, its fuckin shockin If anyone Millwall should be charged, should be made to plays a few games behind closed doors or summit. Millwall are a bunch of C**TS anyway!
Strange as Liverpool were only ever charged with one breach for failing to prevent their fans conducting themselves in threatening and/or violent and/or provocative behaviour.
