life on mars its back tuesday 13th feb i cant wait for this was totally gripped by the 1st series but missed the lasses episode coz i went out on the piss so bought the 4 disc box set which is amazing what u lot think about this

Always thought the concept was interesting but never got round to watching it. My Dad mentioned something about when a phone rings in the 70's it's someone talking to him in his comatose state in our time?
i watched the first half of the first series - yeah, he has dreams or phone calls that are people he knows from the present talking to him, like as if he were in a coma. Some of the episodes he was fighting a moral battle - and the outcome made a difference on how 'well' he was in the real world - or so it suggested. like one phone call said "they're going to turn off the machine unless u show signs of getting better" so he did what he thought was right in the episode - and the next phone call said " oh, u improved" - or something. what happened at the end of series 1 then? did it reveal anything?
I watched the first 2 episodes of this the other day got well into it didnt realise it was the 2nd series Im going to have to download the first series!
