"Trading in Leeds United's shares has been suspended ahead of an announcement which is set to reveal whether or not they have agreed a deal with new owners.
The struggling Premiership side had a deadline of 5pm Friday to find a buyer or extend their deal with creditors so they can continue their search for funding."
