Even better with visuals! Just incase any of you are interested and never seen the guys from Addictive TV before a little about them. Visit the link below to see some of their Audio Visual work (DVJ Sets) and listen to their DJ sets: ADDICTIVE TV Formed in 1992, Addictive TV are the unique crew of DJs, VJs, motion graphics artists and producers who release audiovisual work on their own DVD label of the same name. Fusing electro, techno and breaks with cinematic visuals and wired optics, Addictive TV have performed at clubs and festivals in the US, Canada, across Europe and, of course, Japan; in Tokyo, they've played at Ageha, Womb and Club Yellow. They've now adopted Pioneer's new DVJ-X1 DVD turntables, using them alongside vinyl and laptops when DJing, VJing or performing live AV sets. As VJs they've mixed live visual sets for artists including Howie B, Miss Kittin, Goldie and Fatboy Slim. Their own audiovisual tracks have been screened at festivals worldwide, including at Sonar, The Edinburgh Festival, MIDEM, Resfest and Hong Kong's International Microwave Media Festival. They've run their own night The Audiovisual Lounge in London since 2000 and have also taken the night to Paris, Berlin, Tokyo, Athens and Montreal. The team recently finished producing the fourth year of the DJ:VJ mix series Mixmasters for national UK television (ITV1); this project showcases original work by audiovisual artists and exclusive short DJ sets fused with visual mixes from leading VJs and animators from all over the planet. Over the years, the project has featured the likes of Plump DJs, Slam, Ellen Allien, DJ Spooky, T.Raumschiere, Aim, Susumu Yakota, Hiroshi Watanabi, High Contrast and Matthew Dear. www.addictive.tv Link to performance clips: http://www.samurai.fm/addictivetv/index.php @ Future 10/02/06...............dont miss it
