    On the the back end of the 'Google street' thread, has anyone tried this? you can track a person by using their mobile number/signal.

    I've got Google Maps 3.0 on my N96 and for this to work you need a Google account, give permission for it to track you and also have mates that have also registered for it. It only works with "smartphones" too.

    Haven't signed up as I don't really want something tracking my every move tbh.
