    can you get a cable that goes from the yellow composit video hole in the back of my laptop into a TV? somehow?

    Or a composite to scart cable.

    but what is on the end that goes into the tele?

    the yellow white and red or whatever? where el x-box and other suchlike go?

    do you think there is any chance asda would do this?

    The yellow white and red go into the telly (like an xbox/ps2.

    Or if you don't have that you can use a composite to scart which has yellow, white, and red to a standard scart plug.

    They may do them, not sure. Probs about a fiver from there.

    ill spell it out for you, we downloaded lost to watch, as a marathon.

    We cannot deal with writing it to a DVD as it is just not working (ness is now converting all the .avi files into a dvd file

    but I have a laptop tv out thing, I have only one option in which to shop which is asda, and only one tele on which to play with the three cable thingies just like when you play an xbox

    I CANT BELIEVE HOW COMPLEX THIS WHOLE THING IS I THOUGHT IT WOULD TAKE 5 MINS WE HAVE BEEN ON HOURS

    This shit drived me up the wall for years.. :down:
    I kept getting new graphics cards that came with a 6/8 pin varient of an S-Video cable.. when TVs only, seem, to take 4 pin heads.. :(

    Fooking got me right up the shitter... till I got my latest card that came with the right cable.. :D

    Keep pluggin away loosy... or just do as Conway says.. :lol:

    A bloke at work had trouble getting the downloaded episodes of Lost onto DVD.

    He tried all sorts and in the end I think he said it was DVD santa which worked.
