know it all!! righteo! im in a little predicament with one of my mates! hes been dj-ing for about 6 years, as hes a charve hes mostly into all that spanish techno after dark crap!!!, but he also DJs to trance, he has alot of trance vinyl from 96-2000, but he hasnt got the slightest cue on any trance vinyl that has been released in the last 2 years! everyone who knows him etc thinks hes the best dj in the world!which hes clearly not! Trying to give me advice on how to read the crowd etc by playing old trance tunes from 98. i tell him that you wouldnt find a DJ playing tunes that old unless they were doing a classic trance set. but he says u would be more respected as a DJ by playing loads of old vinyl from that era!he was also triyng to tell me that he was dj-ing with jules and that a couple of year ago!!! this has been getting on my nerves for a couple of days now as he thinks he knows it all about trance vinyl and the dj-ing world! so any advice would be helpfull??? cheers! chris
