Dave Moran makes the trip down from Leeds this weekend to bang out a couple of hours of some jackin’ house music. Think Mark Farina, Think Derrick Carter, Joey Youngman, DJ Heather, Dan Ghenacia etc. and you’ll have a good idea of the kind of stuff Dave will be knocking out on Friday. He’s got a residency at Digital Doghouse which takes place at My House in Leeds, which is home to the legendary Back to Basics every Saturday, and this year he was deemed worthy winner of the I-DJ Magazine Raw Talent mix competition. Following his win in I-DJ, he’s been given the opportunity to play at some of the best nights in the UK this year, including Ministry of Sound in London and Circus in Liverpool, alongside DJ’s like Yousef, Lottie and DJ Sneak. For all you house heads going over to the Empire later on, this is the perfect way to warm up for Roger Sanchez.
