    keyboard probs

the shift keys on my laptop occasionally stop working...

ran a troubleshoot but no problems

is there any combo of keys i could be accidentally pressing that could disable them..

    any ideas welcome..

u cud be enabling "sticky keys" if u hold down shift for too long?

is it as if u have the shift key pressed down when it stops working? i.e if u press 2 do u see " etc..?

'Sticky keys' comes on after hitting shift 5 times, try doing it again to turn off.

Your keyboard could be dirty though, easiest way to clean is in a bucket of warm soapy water.

Keyboards can be cleaned by soaking them in warm soapy water. Only use washing-up liquid. Leave to dry. It does NOT damage the keyboard. Is good for getting the milk paste from between the keys.

Don't use a laptop. They're shit, and hard to clean. And people like to mug you for them. You are asking for trouble.

    erm...
