k800i fucked flash

    k800i fucked flash

    The flash has stopped working on my k800i, its only two months old so I'm sure I could get a replacment but would be just as happy to pay for a replacment flash, this happened to anyone elses and how much it cost to fix?

    because o2 customer services are a fuck about, will it need to be insured or not?There no other damage to the phone so I havent dropped it and its clear that its an actual fault

    You get a 6 month warranty through the provider (O2) then the rest of the warranty is through Sony Ericsson.

    Did you get it directly through 02?

    mine was all ready to go on my k800i. You can get the settings from the 02 site I reckon :) I think you can get some auto-setup files that you can use on your phone too but I may be wrong.

    on a similar note ive managed to get a bit of paper stuck down the slide on my w850i and now it wont shut properly and the slide is really stiff :(
