mine tries to turn itself off sometimes, where it appears to have switched off, but comes back on within a minute. only does it every now and then tho. connects to the internet all the time aswell, coz of the stupid button on the side of the phone tho  keep getting charged for it aswell :( I'm getting my new phone tommorrow tho, k850i :D

jays k800i wont even let him take pictures, as soon as he takes one, the screen freezes and switches off, it's crap!

Hmmmmm........from what you say it sounds like your phone has a problem with its core memory. If it is the case, it's only going to be use as spares. Use your warrenty or insurance.

Tip - Lots of bank accounts now offer free mobile insurance. If they do, take it out then wait a few days then claim.

I pay the standard insurance with my provider and took my banks policy as well, staggered my claims by a few weeks and voila 2 new N95's for £30 excess in total. Considering the fact I flogged them for £250 each I thought I did alright for myself.

My N95 is looking a bit worn now (1 little scratch) so I may or may not do this again....

I would assume so as the policy is seperate from your operator.

Note : By assume, I mean guess.
