Last time I went I didn't get to do Fuji so obviously will go there...other than that, Tokyo, Hiroshima, Kobe. Quite fancy going to Sapporo but it's a hell of a trek...so Shinkansen up to there.

    Love the place

Been to all those three places in the pictures :)

Been talkin about going back there with my lass - although i'd prolly have to go through either Korea and get a ferry to Okinawa and then go back across the mainland so its a different kind of trip. I have a habit of going back to the same place multiple times i have to stop doin!

japan is the most expensive place in asia... know some people who spent more n 2 1/2 weeks there than in 2 mths in india :(

if you are under 26 or a student then sta travel is your best bet or poss trailfinders.

so long as you get yourself a youth hostels card & stay in youth hostels you can do it kinda cheaply (just eat in fast food noodle bars )

also by you rail ticket before you go means oyu get 2 weeks of travel on the trains paid for :D
